1. Membership Registration:
If you register for an alumni membership and we are unable to establish the membership for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund. Once we confirm that the membership could not be established, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business working days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
2. Donations:
Donations made to Our Lady Of Fatima Gurugram Alumni are non-refundable. Once a donation is processed, it cannot be returned. We deeply appreciate your generosity and support.
3. Events:
Refunds for event registrations are generally not available. However, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may occur. If you need to request a refund for an event, please contact us directly. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, please allow up to 7 business working days for it to be credited back to your original payment method.
4. General Terms:
  • All refund requests should be submitted in writing to contactus@olfalumni.com.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take up to 7 business working days.
  • We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated accordingly.
